ATLANTIC CITY, NJ: The Showboat has opened its new 28 table poker room with increased size and a new location. Five new tables and a prime location next to the boardwalk casino entrance as just some of the improvements in the new room. Overall space has increased by more than 40%, so it will be a lot easier to move between the tables.

In addition, 13 new plasma TVs dot the walls of the new room and while the previous House of Blues theme continues, players will notice the new hi-tech lighting above each table. The room will continue to spread Hold’em, Omaha and Stud.
