LAS VEGAS, NV: When you say “Deep Stack Tournament” in Las Vegas, everyone knows you are talking about the Venetian poker room. Not content to wait for their big “Big Stack Extravaganza” that will run this summer during the World Series of Poker (May 29th-July 16th); the staff at the Venetian have announced another Deep Stack series for April.

The April Deep Stack events will run from April 5 thru April 26th, 2008. All events will be $330 buy-ins for 4500 chips and a $10 dealer toke for an additional 1500 chips. All events start at 6:00 PM PDT and all structures will have 40 minute rounds. At present all April events are listed as No Limit Hold’em, unlike the variety of the schedule for the Deep Stack Extravaganza that runs during the World Series.
