LAS VEGAS, NV: Well they are trying to combine poker and golf, and there have been poker runs combining poker and road racing; so it should come as no surprise that Poker and Blackjack are being run as combo-tournaments. The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas is holding the “What’s the Deal” Poker and Blackjack Tournament on April 25th thru the 27th in downtown Las Vegas.

The poker and blackjack tournaments are actually separate events (you won’t be making your best blackjack hand with your hole cards!) but bonus prizes are being offered for any player who makes a final table in both events with a super bonus if one player can manage to win both. A $500 entry fee will get you into both tournaments and there will be $250 rebuys in each. The tournaments will run their first round in a modified shootout with two players from each table advancing to the second round.
