lucky_derby_casino.jpgCITRUS HEIGHTS, CA: The Lucky Derby Casino is having their September Madness Heads-Up Tournaments, Sunday, September 14, 2008 and Monday, September 15, 2008. This Tournament will be a 2-day event with a $125 Buy-In ($110 goes to the prize pool + $10 entry fee + $5 administration fee).

How the September Madness Heads-Up Tournaments works:
Players choose either the Morning Heat or Afternoon Heat. The Morning Heat starts @ 8:00am and the Afternoon Heat will start @ 2:00pm.
Players will be pre-selected into one of the four following brackets - Diamonds - Spades - Hearts - Clubs.
The Selection committee will meet on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 @ 5:00pm. Everyone is welcomed to attend.
1 player will advance from each heads up match
Elite Eight will come back and resume play Monday, Sept. 15, 2008 @ 6:00pm
Players will start with $3000 in chips with 15 minute rounds

Tournament Payouts:
1st Place = $2300 2nd Place = $1600
3rd Place = $1300 4th Place = $840
5th - 8th Place = $300 each
