The Golden State Casino has poker 4 tables and is open for 17 hours a day. Not by choice. Card room operator Keith Hoang is fighting with county and state officials for more tables and longer hours. He says:
“It is frustrating,” he said. “Right now, I’m in the negative. I don’t know why. If I would be open 24 hours, hopefully I’d break even.”
