The Heartland Poker League is the first National poker league for the casino player. Participating casinos run weekly tournaments with buy-ins from $50-$100 and results are tracked on the HPL website. Players compete locally and nationally for prizes. The great thing about HPL is the prizes don’t come out of the weekly prize pool so it’s like playing in your normal weekly casino tournament with the added benefits of participating in a National League. HPL runs three seasons per year that last 14 weeks, Winter Season runs from January to April, Spring Season runs from April to July and the Fall Season runs from August to November.

Congratulations to the February HPL winners! These players have won seats into Heartland Poker Tour Televised events. Qualifier Seats will be given to March Points Winners as well. If you haven’t played Heartland Poker League tournaments, March is a good time to start. As always, 100% of the prize pool is paid out at each tournament.
