LONDON, ENGLAND: The European Poker Tour comes to Grosvenor Victoria Casino in London on October 1-5, 2008. The tournament this year will have a £1 million guaranteed first prize, thanks to PokerStars adding on £250,000. This is the first time that PokerStars has offered a guaranteed first prize at an EPT and it’s likely to attract a massive field of players from all over the world. Among those set to play are Daniel Negreanu, Vanessa Rousso, Chad Brown and Isabelle Mercier, as well as Vicky Coren who won this event during EPT Season 3.
