LAS VEGAS, NV:  The Harrah’s Megabeat Jackpot promotion was discontinued as of September 1st, 2008 at all six participating casinos (Imperial Palace, Harrahs Las Vegas, O’Sheas, Flamingo, Harrahs Reno, and Harrahs Laughlin).  All remaining Megabeat Jackpot funds were distributed amongst the participating properties so they could set up new poker room promotions.
